Introducing Vertical Growing Boxes

Supercloset has transformed the growing industry. Traditionally, when you grow plants in a room at home you are limited to whatever floor space that room has available. You hang lights from your ceiling, but half the wattage ends up being reflected off the ceiling. Not to mention the poor bottom third of your plant that’s being shaded by the two top thirds, what happens when it doesn’t see any of the energy from the lights above? You end up spending your entire time pruning. With Supercloset’s new growing boxes those worries can be forgotten.

Supercloset’s New Growing Boxes

The new growing boxes use a vertical growing system by putting your plants in their seated net cups along the four tiered walls of the grow room with your light source running vertically down the center of your grow space, resulting in 4x the growing space. Plants don’t have to grow towards the sky; they will grow towards their energy source, so with this new system you will have all your plants growing at a 45 degree angle towards the center of the room. You will find yourself surrounded by four walls of lush, robust, bushy plant life. The grow boxes come in three different sizes, there is the “Buddha Box,” the “Big Buddha Box,” and the “Super Grow Trailer.” Using these unique systems your average grow box will become four!

Indoor Grow Rooms Uses Hydroponic Systems

Indoor grow rooms typically use hydroponic methods of growing plants. Hydroponics use mineral nutrient solutions, in water, without soil to get lush and beautiful plants. Researchers discovered years ago that plants absorbed essential mineral nutrients as inorganic ions in water. The soil acts as a reservoir, but the soil itself is not necessary to the growing process. Once the miner nutrients are introduced artificially and dissolved in water, the plant’s roots can absorb them, making soil irrelevant. There are two main types of techniques, solution culture and medium culture, although there are varied ways of carrying out each technique.

Unique Superponics Indoor Grow Rooms

Supercloset has come up with their own hydroponics system- Superponics. Simply put, Superponics is a combination of all the best hydroponic systems; allowing for one system that grows plants up to 2x-5x faster than traditional methods. Superponics system utilizes two methods: Ebb n’ Flow and Bubble, and Aeroponic, to achieve maximum oxygenation of the roots.  The fully automated pumps slowly raise and lower the water level in each lateral tank, which ensures that the roots achieve equal quantities of oxygen throughout the day.  The air diffusers that run along the floor of each tier also consistently shoot continuous streams of air bubbles towards the roots. Supercloset features three new indoor grow rooms that utilizes their incredible Superponics growing methods: the “Buddha Box,” the “Big Buddha Box,” and the “Super Grow Trailer.” Every grower in the world, from amateur to pro, will want one of these for their growing needs.

What is the Best Hydroponic System?

In the past, determining the best hydroponic system has greatly depended on who you asked. The first step to figuring out the best one is to learn how they work, and their advantages to other growing systems. Basically, it is a method of growing plants using mineral nutrient solutions, in water, without soil. There are two main types of techniques, solution culture and medium culture, and although there are varied ways to carry out each technique, almost any terrestrial plant will grow using a hydroponics system.

The Best Hydroponic System is now Superponics

Supercloset has come up with our own hydroponics system- Superponics. Simply put, Superponics is a combination of all the best hydroponic systems; allowing for one system that grows plants up to 2x-5x faster than traditional methods. Our system utilizes two methods to achieve maximum oxygenation of the roots, Ebb n’ Flow and Bubble, Aeroponics.  The fully automated pumps slowly raise and lower the water level in each lateral tank, which ensures that the roots achieve equal quantities of oxygen throughout the day.  The air diffusers that run along the floor of each tier also consistently shoot continuous streams of air bubbles towards the roots.  The result is a tightly knit network of the silkiest white root clusters you have ever seen! Supercloset has also just come up with a few new products that utilizes their incredible Superponics growing methods; the “Buddha Box,” the “Big Buddha Box,” and the “Super Grow Trailer.” Every grower in the world, from amateur to pro, will want one of these for their growing needs.

SuperCloset shows how to Clone 100% Successfully using the SuperCloner-50

You love your existing plants so much that you wish you just could clone them and double your pleasure.  The good news is that you can! Supercloset, the leading manufacturer of hydroponic systems and grow boxes, has released its SuperCloner-50 which allows you to clone 50 clones at a time in its proprietary Superponics system.   SuperCloset designed the SuperCloner-50 with effective, safe and easy transplanting in mind.  Unlike the PowerCloner, EZ Clone and TurboKlone where roots dangle in the air making it risky to transplant, the SuperCloner-50 encourages safe prolific root development in the defacto 1.5” rockwool grow cube.  Cloning is the process of taking a cutting (a branch or growing portion of the plant, including a few small leaves to aid growth) of one plant, and placing it in rockwool growcube and enabling it to root by providing the necessary temperature, humidity and root hormones.  After the clone or cutting establishes its root system it becomes a plant of its own displaying the exact traits of its parent plant.  It’s truly amazing to be able to duplicate life and the great part is that cloning is easily done in the SuperCloner-50.

The SuperCloner-50 is proprietarily designed by SuperCloset with the highest quality heat intrusion plastic that is extremely attractive and durable.   It comes with an air pump, air stones and fifty (50) net cups, a pH kit and root hormone cloning gel.   The air pump and air stones provide the dissolved oxygen and the bubbleponic action that effectively wets the bottom of the rockwool cubes.  The ph kit contains pH up and pH Down solution to achieve the desired 5.8 pH for the water in the SuperCloner-50.

How to clone effectively using the SuperCloner-50 is extremely easy.  Before you begin cloning you will need to procure some items.  Scissors with spring load are preferred over a razor blade but either will suffice for actually taking the cutting from your plant.  A root hormone gel or solution that contains naphthalene acetic acid (NAA), indole-3 acetic acid (IAA) and indolebutynic acid (IBA) or a combination of these three root stimulators.  The root hormone can be purchased at your local nursery, hydroponic store or from online hydroponic retailers.  A humidity dome is also needed to maintain high humidity in the cloning environment.  Rockwool cubes should be “conditioned” meaning they should be pre-soaked in water with a ph of 5.5.  This removes the lime residue left from manufacturing.  Finally alcohol and hydrogen peroxide is used for disinfection and general cleanliness of your grow medium and working surface.   Most of these items are provided in a SuperCloset grow box.

After you have procured all your materials you now need to figure out what part of the plant will provide the best clones.   The hardiest clones are cut from the new growth at the ends of branches at the top 4-6” of the plant. It is best to make the cut right below a lateral shot. These cuttings should be 2-4”.  It is important to make sure that one node where leaves have been taken from is near the end of the stem that will be inserted into the rockwool medium.  Clones with nodes in the rockwool root faster than node-less cloning sites.

Use your scissors or razor blade to take your clone from your parent plant.  First clean your scissors or razor blade with the alcohol.  Cut the clone at a 45 degree angle with the cutting implement.  Then make a perpendicular cut up the center of the stem. This will open up the stem to allow for quicker rooting.  Next dip the stem into the rooting hormone and then insert into the rockwool cube at least 1” below the top of the growing medium.  Trim the leaves on your clone by cutting them in half or removing them altogether.  This will allow the plant to concentrate all its energy into root production.  Place the clone into your plastic tray.  Repeat these steps until you have placed all of your clones into the tray and then cover with the plastic dome.

Temperature around the growing medium should be between 75°-85° and keep your humidity between 75-90%.  To add heat, bring your plants closer to your indoor light source or place a seedling heat mat underneath your plastic tray. To add humidity, simply remove your humidity dome mist your plants with a spray bottle and re-cover them with the plastic dome.  Your rockwool cubes should remain moist, not saturated.  Saturated cubes can lead to fresh cuttings rotting, rather than rooting. Your clones should root in 7-14 days.  You now have the power to replicate your best and most beloved plants so they can be with you forever.
