SuperCloset, the innovative manufacturer of grow boxes and hydroponics systems, just received word that their premier vertical gardening system, the Big Buddha Box, arrived safely at their distributor’s port in Switzerland yesterday. This arrival signifies the consistent global push that SuperCloset has embarked on since the beginning of 2012. The demand for “off the shelf” kitted hydroponic systems is growing due to the increase in do-it-yourself organic home gardening in Switzerland, where one-third to one-half of all indoor house plants and decorative plants in offices and public spaces grow without soil.

SuperCloset's Vertical Growing System the Big Buddha Box

Hydroponic systems are highly efficient as lush, bountiful crops are being grown in smaller areas and providing greater yields at a fraction of the cost for water and electricity needs. The Big Buddha Box takes efficiency a step further as it is an innovative vertical hydroponics system for the hobbyist to commercial indoor gardener. It is very cost-effective at producing lettuce, green leafy vegetables and tomatoes and herbs. The Big Buddha Box is a four walled, 87-plant capacity growing system vertically oriented toward a light column in the center of the unit. With the vertical net trellis system instituted in the design, plants are coaxed and trained to grow toward the center of the unit enabling maximum production. In the Big Buddha Box, plants typically only need to reach up to 2 feet before they can be harvested and consumed. Compared to the traditional flat garden the Big Buddha Box takes up less space and capitalizes on light energy supply than a traditional 87-plant horizontal garden. In addition, vertical systems used indoors with portable assembly materials and can be set-up for much less than the traditional horizontal set-up cost.

The growing global market trend of hydroponics will continue to surge due to its efficiency and high quality of production. Though much of the producers are based in the First world countries, many greenhouses in other countries use hydroponics technology, indicating that hydroponics has been recognized for its efficiency in agricultural production. SuperCloset plans to continue to be at the forefront of global acceptance and use of hydroponics.

About SuperCloset:

SuperCloset takes the guesswork out of growing through manufacturing the most innovative and customer friendly hydroponic systems and turnkey grow box units. After 10 years SuperCloset continues to lead the horizontal and vertical growing industry with its commitment to excellent products and world-class customer service.

When you make the decision to buy a hydroponic grow box, it can be every tempting just to rush right in and order the first one you look at. However, this is a significant purchase, and not all systems are the same. If you are spending your hard-earned money, make sure you buy a system and deal with a company that is worth your while.

Why Buy a Hydroponic Grow Box From Us?

Aside from the fact that we specialize in making products that pretty much operate themselves, produce fantastic results and require minimal maintenance, there are other reasons to buy a hydroponic grow box from us.

Accredited – We are accredited and in good standings with the Better Business Bureau. In fact, we are the only hydroponic closet company that is!

Warranty – Everything comes with a three-year warranty and we provide lifetime customer support.

Lighting – Stronger bulbs are not better. Some companies make you think they have a more powerful product by using 1000W bulbs, but here at Super Closet, we only use 600W because they work better and use less energy.

Watering – Not all watering systems are created equally, and water plays a huge role in the health of your plants. We use a special feed with proven results.

Customer Service – These are not products most people buy and never have questions about. Unfortunately, some companies offer minimal customer support. We welcome your calls and emails and are here to help.

Our Supherb Deluxe Dryer is one of those items in life that you can’t truly appreciate until you have one. If you already have a growing room and are simply looking for a new add-on to enhance the experience, this is it! If you are still shopping for a room, you may want to get this unit as well, or simply keep it in your mind for later. It would always make a nice birthday present to yourself!

How this Complements Your Growing Room

Any growing room you purchase from us here at Super Closet will come with everything that you need to get started. However, like anything else, it is always fun to add other options on. The Supherb Deluxe Dryer is the world’s first professional vertical herb and flower dryer. Pretty innovative, right? Just think you will likely be the first person in your circle of family and friends to have one!

The way you dry your plants is important. Hanging them upside down is the only way this should be done because internal nutrients and water seep to the plant’s flower. This improves the smell, look and taste. When you lay plats horizontally, there is a chance of rot, mold and mildew, which no one wants to deal with. You took the time to grow your beautiful plants, make a point to dry them in a way that will showcase them best.

Since not all systems are the same, it is a very legitimate question to ask if our grow boxes are safe. After all, the last you thing you want to do is invest in a product that could put your life or the lives of others in danger. You wouldn’t install a fireplace without a chimney, nor should you use a system that isn’t proven safe.

Our Grow Boxes Offer Peace-of-Mind

Here at Super Closet, we didn’t only invent grow boxes that can produce massive plants in a short period of time, we also took safety into consideration. Everything in our systems is automated. Not only does this make the growing process easier for you, it makes it a lot safer. We have even gone the extra mile by including a GFCI electrical plug. Therefore, there is no risk of electrical shortage, shock or damage to your Super Closet.

You may also be thrilled to learn that our systems use minimal electricity to operate. They plug into any 110 volt electrical outlet in your home and only pull an average of 2 to 10 amps, so you won’t see a huge spike in your electric bill.

There is a ton of information on the internet about hydroponics, but it seems as though you have to already have an understanding of terms to follow along. If you are like many others, you have probably found yourself wishing someone would take the time to explain it in simple terms. Well, as technical as it may seem, the concept is much simpler than you probably think.

Hydroponics Made Simple

Simply put, hydroponics is an innovative method for growing plants in mineral nutrient solutions, without soil. Many terrestrial plants can be grown in an inert medium, such as coconut husk, expanded clay, perlite, mineral wool and gravel.

Our system here at SuperCloset takes this method of growing to another level. We use a fusion of methods all rolled into one to produce the largest and healthiest plants possible. Our Grow Rooms and SuperClosets are properly air-ventilated, odor-free, fully automated, safe and secure to make it easy to be the successful grower that you dream of!

Hydroponics seems to be the topic of conversation everywhere, but our growing systems here at SuperCloset are different than what you’ll find elsewhere. There are plenty of cabinet systems out there, but we wanted to be different, better and more innovative, so our Research and Development crew went on a mission to develop something that would really allow a grower to maximize every inch of space.

When you look at traditional grow rooms, you notice that the lights are on the ceiling and the plants sit on the floor to mimic a natural garden. While this is a logical concept, it certainly does not allow you to utilize space.

Our Growing Systems Make Use of All Available Space

Here at SuperCloset, our goal was to allow for larger and healthier plants. Although we agree that plants do grow toward their energy source, we disagree that the light has to be above like the sun. The truth of the matter is, plants grow toward their light, regardless where it is positioned. This is what makes our growing systems so different.

Net cups are nestled in horizontal basins on multi-level shelves. A centralized light column is positioned from floor to ceiling. This allows you to have more plants and use every inch of space. We also make sure that you have everything that you need to get started, so there is literally no guess work.

Unlike some other systems, ours won’t make your house smell. They are air-ventilated, odor-free and feature an activated carbon filter, so you don’t have to sacrifice the air quality in your home for your plants!
